the Austrian market is aligned to competitive EEA structures and multi-brand
acquiring.
Most bank
cards are debit cards; most credit cards are charge cards. POS payment with
Maestro is the fastest growing market segment.
Austrian
banks, headed by Bank Austria, Erste Bank and Raiffeisen have built up
banking networks in the CEE, Russia and Ukraine. |
