Market Structure	Complex market structure, three domestic payment systems. The POS and ATM acceptance infrastructure is one of the most extensive in Europe. Card use at the POS has increased rapidly in recent years. Cards in issue had grown strongly, to 74.5 million by end-2009, falling to 71.6 million at end-2010, with debit and delayed debit cards in the majority and little revolving credit.
